Important information about processing, delivery estimates, tracking, addresses, and delivery issues.
Shravs currently ships to valid residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, freight forwarding, or delivery to locations that a carrier cannot service.
Most paid orders are prepared for fulfillment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Our standard estimated delivery window is approximately 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or remote destinations.
Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout when they become available. A carrier may take up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation to display the first tracking movement.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We will try to make the change before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.
Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. When this happens, more than one tracking number may be provided.
When tracking shows a delay, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the property, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. Contact Shravs if the package remains missing so we can review the available delivery information.
Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment is completed. Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to order-value, product, or destination requirements.
